The apartment is 45 sqm and consists of living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and a small corridor. A garden with terrace is also part of it. In front of the house is a car park. The apartment is on the ground floor and access is at ground level. For surfing the Internet and retrieving e-mails with your own PC or laptop, our DSL connection with wireless access is also available for free. The carriage of pets is possible upon request. For people who are very sensitive to noise, the information that the apartment is not far from a railway line.
The living room is completely equipped with couch, cabinet and satelite TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped. Microwave, refrigerator, electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven, coffee maker, dishes and laundry facilities are housed here. In addition, accessible from the kitchen is the large garden with terrace.
The bedroom is furnished with two single beds. Bed linen and towels are provided. At the same time in this room are table and chairs, which can be used for paperwork or for dine. The bedroom is designed for 2 people. An extra bed (bed drawer) for a child up to 12 years can be made available by arrangement.
A garden with terrace belongs to the holiday flat which is equipped with an retractable awning and appropriate garden furniture.
Location
The holiday flat is located in the beatiful area named Grönegau at the bottom of the Melle hills. Nature lover only need a few steps into the forest of the Wiehen-mountains. Moreover the location is optimal for nearly all other needs as you can discover below.

Approach
You reach us by car by using exit Melle West (23) of motorway BAB 30. Follow the traffic signs for car museum (Automuseum) and you will be leaded directely to our holiday flat. The red mark in the map below shows the location of the holiday flat. The motorway goes to Osnabrück in the left direction and to Hannover in the right direction.
